Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with 8 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Verint Entprs Feedback mgmt and Verint I360 WFO Package.
- This role requires a dedicated professional to work on day shifts contributing to our innovative projects and enhancing our geospatial capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of geospatial applications using Verint technologies.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and develop scalable geospatial solutions.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
- Utilize C# programming skills to develop robust and efficient code for geospatial applications.
- Integrate Aspect Desktop Analytics and Verint I360 WFO Package into existing systems to enhance functionality.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial applications and server environments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
