As a Licensed Architect at Client youll play a key role in managing projects from inception to construction fostering client relationships and mentoring team members. Youll leverage your expertise in design project management and technology to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage architectural projects through all phases from concept to construction completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring their vision is realized.
- Coordinate with internal teams consultants and contractors to deliver highquality designs on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor junior staff fostering their professional growth.
- Utilize AutoCAD Revit and Adobe Suite to produce design and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to support staff retention and new client acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes regulations and client standards.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a licensed architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project experience.
- Licensure: Active architectural license in California.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership abilities.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects schedules and budgets effectively.
