Job Description
Background: Dynamics 365 implementation for manufacturing/assembly for medical devices. Implement D365 Manufacturing capabilities that would replace ERPLx.
Major functional areas that will be implemented are:
Manufacturing work orders (shop orders)/ BOMs/ Traveler Labels/KanBan Fulfillment
Engineering Tracking WO Job session tracking
Planning planning BOM Pull demand from BTS Capacity planning
Procurement
SCM Distribution Inventory Routing Transfer
Warehouse
Global Service
Finance
Role Specific Requirements
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Works closely with stakeholders to gather document and analyze the business requirements. Ensure that the needs of the business are clearly understood and translated into technical requirements for the development team. Draft Requirement Documents.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination: Serve as a bridge between stakeholders (business users management) and the technical team. Communicate the projects progress clarify requirements and manage expectations to ensure everyone is aligned with the projects goals.
Process Modeling and Improvement: Create process models such as flowcharts or use cases to visualize and document business processes. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
