Job Description
Job Title: ElectroMechanical Technician
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Job Description:
- Lead/work through a team of technicians to develop / implement day to day maintenance procedures and strategies that improve long term reliability of manufacturing systems
- Investigate equipment and component failures develop and implement solutions to prevent future failures and improve overall reliability
- Perform root cause failure analysis on plant mechanical equipment
- Perform mechanical engineering calculations to support design changes that improve equipment performance and reliability
- Demonstrated ability to influence drive accountability and improve culture
- Ability to work directly on electrical mechanical robotic and hydraulic components associated with material processing and separating equipment.
- Ability to create bills of materials presentations reports troubleshooting guides and other formal documentation with little assistance.
- Proficiency with computer programs used to troubleshoot analyze track trend and record failures of microprocessor based systems.
- Thorough knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and experience operating within a management system (ISO etc.).
