• Strategic Vision and Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the digital workplace
transformation aligning it with the organization's overall strategy and goals.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of digital workplace projects
ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders including senior leadership IT
HR and business units to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new
technologies and processes including training and support for employees.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous
improvement in the digital workplace leveraging new technologies and best practices.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
the success and impact of digital workplace initiatives.
• Communicating a Compelling Vision: Articulating a clear and inspiring vision for the future that
aligns with the organization's goals
• Leading by Example: Demonstrating the behaviours and attitudes expected from employees
