We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daytoday operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills be techsavvy and proficient in using software tools like Zoho ERP and other salesrelated applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes proposals and sales orders.
- Manage and update customer data leads and sales pipelines using Zoho CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and organize meetings followups and training sessions for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records in the ERP system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Zoho ERP CRM or similar software tools.
