What you will be doing:
- Led managed and expanded the inbound sales team from 3 to 6 representatives ensuring alignment with the companys goals and values.
- Act as a playercoach securing more significant deals and supporting your team through established sales processes while refining it where needed.
- Take complete ownership of forecasting budgeting and performance metrics with guidance and input from the EVP.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives including introducing new service offerings and business opportunities ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain daily oversight of the sales pipeline ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and contract goals.
- Coach and develop the sales team fostering a highperformance culture and ensuring a repeatable scalable sales process.
- Lead recruitment onboarding and growth of new team members to support expansion efforts.
- Ensure all sales activities align with core values No Drama Honesty and Transparency Humanity and Innovation.
- Partner closely with marketing to align campaigns and ensure seamless lead generation and sales conversion.
- Build and oversee a service delivery/account management/customer service team to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and foster longterm customer relationships.
Experience you will need:
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related field preferably in the IT asset disposition or data center industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing highperformance sales teams.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and enhance customer relationships.
- Experience with revenue forecasting budgeting and performance metrics management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with highlevel clients partners and internal teams.
- Ability to foster a culture of success and innovation within the sales team.
- Experience collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Commitment to sustainability and an understanding of environmental stewardship in business practices.
