Job Description
Excis is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions. Were currently seeking skilled IT Support Engineers for a shortterm project with a major global client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects and gain valuable experience.
Your Role:
- As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site surveys to assess client needs
- Installing and configuring audiovisual equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Managing cable infrastructure
- Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and networking
- Experience with Cisco devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1
- Willingness to travel

AV systems, Audio-visual, Networking, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Troubleshooting, Problem-solving,
Education
Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous. Additionally, certifications in AV technologies, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or certifications from manufacturers like Crestron, Extron, or Cisco, can significantly enhance.
