Job Description
- As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site surveys to assess client needs
- Installing and configuring audiovisual equipment
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Managing cable infrastructure
- Collaborating with clients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and networking
- Experience with Cisco devices and Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 1
- Willingness to travel

Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous. Additionally, certifications in AV technologies, such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or certifications from manufacturers like Crestron, Extron, or Cisco, can significantly enhance.
