Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specializes in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas we guide you through professional registration job placement visa and employment permit processing.
We are hiring an Enhanced Staff NurseMedical/Surgical Ward for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are central to all we do.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Evaluation Planning Execution and Assessment
- Identifying the requirements of patients upon admission by applying evaluation methods and skills.
- Accurately and completely recording nursing admission assessments.
- Continue to evaluate the patients condition.
- Clearly state which patient issues will require nursing care.
- Create and record a care plan based on best practices and the needs of the patient.
- Revise the computerized or printed care plan.
- Create individualized and suitable patient education and discharge plans and make use of the wards resources.
- In line with the patient care plan cooperate with other members of the healthcare team within the designated clinical area.
- Establish discharge standards as soon as the patient is admitted.
- Make time in your schedule for meetings training and other activities.
- Using current guidelines and research provide safe thorough nursing care and carry out
- Procedures performed in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- Registered with the NMBIs general division
- Proof of individual professional growth
- Continuous skill development that is pertinent to the care needed for the patient caseload
