Job Description

Education and qualifications:

Required:
  • Research Nurse experience
Desired:
  • Additional training in interventional radiology
  • Fluency in Catalan Spanish and English

Experience and knowledge:
Required:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in interventional radiology

Desired:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a research setting

Main responsibilities and duties:
Project management with Tomasello: Manage and maintain a Word document recording all progress made within the projects framework. Send a weekly report via email every Friday detailing progress made and issues encountered
Project management with other physicians/researchers: end a weekly Semail report with updates progress made and issues encountered.
Service Data Manager: Depending on the study collect all clinical data from SAP to upload it to various data collection platforms (e.g. the study platform Stream).
Support for physicians/researchers with CEIM: Assist physicians/researchers in preparing documentation for CEIM. This includes physically preparing all required files using previous CEIC models and/or new templates as a reference.
Support for physicians/researchers with contracts: Assist physicians/researchers in preparing documentation for contracts between companies/VHIR. This includes maintaining relationships with VHIR and sending reminder emails to meet previously defined deadlines.
Course organisation: Assist in organizing courses (prepare the schedule of talks arrange catering etc.).
Image uploads: If necessary assist Cristina in uploading images to core labs.
Research meetings: Organize a monthly research meeting and provide weekly updates.

Labour conditions:

  • Fulltime position: 40 hours/week.
  • Starting date: immediate.
  • Gross annual salary: 23.34282euros
  • Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
