This is a remote position.
This role involves managing endtoend recruitment processes building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the placement of highcaliber IT professionals. The Recruitment Lead will also play a pivotal role in developing strategies to attract source and retain top talent in the IT project delivery domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the IT project delivery sector.
Identify industry trends and talent demands to proactively address hiring challenges.
Collaborate with Maintain CEO and Maintain Business Development Manager to forecast staffing needs for current and upcoming IT delivery projects.
2. Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:
Lead the recruitment lifecycle for IT project delivery roles including project managers delivery consultants technical leads and business analysts.
Source talent using diverse methods such as job boards networking social media and recruitment agencies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future needs.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with Maintain and client hiring managers project leads and HR teams to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Act as a trusted advisor providing insights on market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
4. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead a team of recruitment consultants providing guidance mentorship and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and highperformance team culture focused on delivering results.
Conduct regular team reviews to ensure alignment with recruitment goals and KPIs.
5. Process Optimisation and Compliance:
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient consistent and compliant with organiSational policies and industry regulations.
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve recruitment outcomes.
Track and report on recruitment metrics such as timetofill quality of hire and candidate satisfaction.
6. Candidate Experience:
Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining professionalism transparency and responsiveness throughout the hiring process.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best opportunities.
Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in IT recruitment with a focus on project delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and associated roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and meeting hiring target
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organiSational and project management abilities to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make datadriven decisions.
- Deep knowledge of the IT job market particularly in project delivery roles
