Job Description
Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 5 years
Educational Qualification: Any degree or relevant experience
Job Type: Fulltime Monday to Saturday
Required: Immediate joiners preferred
Gender: Open to male and female candidates
Roles and Responsibilities
Vendor Selection and Evaluation:
- Identify assess and onboard vendors based on quality cost delivery timelines and overall performance.
- Conduct regular evaluations and audits to ensure vendor compliance with organizational standards.

Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with key vendors.
- Act as the primary contact for vendor issues managing disputes and ensuring timely resolution.

- Continuously monitor and assess vendor performance.
- Implement improvement plans to address any performance gaps.

- Develop strategies to optimize procurement identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and vendor agreements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor partnerships.

Reporting and Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of vendor contracts performance data and correspondence.
- Prepare detailed reports on vendor performance and procurement activities for senior management.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable with internet browsing for market research and vendor sourcing.
Personal Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Indepth understanding of market trends and supplier dynamics.
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Location Preferences
- Candidates residing within 10 km of Chamrajpet Bangalore or those willing to relocate.
