- Direct client interaction experience is highly valued.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their gifting requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional support.
Quotation and Catalogue Preparation:
- Develop accurate and visually appealing quotations/catalogues tailored to client needs.
CRM Management:
- Use CRM tools to track orders and provide the team with actionable insights to make datadriven decisions.
Vendor and Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with vendors branding partners and internal teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
Upselling and CrossSelling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with client requirements.
