Job Description

Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Requirements

Experience Required: 2 5 years (minimum 1 year)
Educational Qualification: Any degree or relevant experience

Key Skills and Technical Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong command over Microsoft PowerPoint Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Proficient in internet browsing and comfortable working with online tools/devices.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Personal Skills:

    • Excellent communication negotiation and convincing abilities.
    • Strong customer support and relationship management skills.
    • Direct client interaction experience is highly valued.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Client Interaction:

    • Engage with clients to understand their gifting requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional support.
  2. Quotation and Catalogue Preparation:

    • Develop accurate and visually appealing quotations/catalogues tailored to client needs.
  3. CRM Management:

    • Use CRM tools to track orders and provide the team with actionable insights to make datadriven decisions.
  4. Vendor and Team Coordination:

    • Collaborate with vendors branding partners and internal teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
  5. Upselling and CrossSelling:

    • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that align with client requirements.
