Primary Responsibilities
Accounting Procedures
Prepare monthend & yearend closing journals
Compile financial reports for management in accordance to policies & procedures
Ensure bank sheet reconciliations are completed on a timely and accurate manner
Check daily bank statements for abnormalities
Prepare monthly GST Reports
Manage Corporate tax compilation and submission ensure accurate payment is made
Attend to Corporate queries and requests
Supervise respective Finance sections and ensure timely submission of all related reports and compliance to policy & procedure
Compliance with all applicable statutory requirements.
Team Management
Interview select and recruit direct reports
Identify and develop team members with potential
Conduct performance review and manages performance issues that arise
Constantly monitor team members performance attitude and degree of professionalism
Prepare detailed induction programs for new employees
Develop conduct and maintain all staff training programs for team members focusing on their development needs providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
Diploma in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
