About the client
Our client is a leading Securities Finance Corporation (SFC) in Thailand. Their mission is to be the main source of securities funding for both securities companies and investors. It was established to complete credit services for securities financing in accordance with the needs of securities business and support the government policies to help and develop the countrys securities and capital market businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT delivery and product development aligned with the organisations overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable IT and product plans.
2. Project Management:
- Lead and manage the endtoend delivery of IT projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to optimise project delivery.
- Oversee project lifecycles and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Establish project management methodologies and best practices.
- Facilitate communication among teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress mitigate risks and manage resource allocation efficiently.
3. Product Development:
- Lead ideation design and development of innovative technology products. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive the product lifecycle ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
4. Outsourcing & Delivery:
- Manage outsourced projects involving DevOps SysOps Cloud Software Engineering and Maintenance.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless delivery and SLA adherence. Oversee DevOps SysOps Cloud and Software Engineering operations for system integrity and security.
- Ensure efficient maintenance of software systems postdelivery.
5. Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming team of IT professionals and product managers. Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the IT and product teams.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate effectively with executives business leaders and team members to provide updates on project status and address any issues.
