Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create flow chart

2. Support all dcc new toys startup.

3. Coordinate products problem to P.E / line gemba.

4. Station layout and line balancing.

5. Conduct engineering pilot run.

6. Work methods / methods improvements

7. Develop and layout assembly line.

8. Mainline product costing

9. Ensure all DDC products line supports meet MMSB schedule quality & cost

10. Attend FMEA for new toy development.

11.Special project for DADS downtime and improvements.

12.Standard hours reductions.

13.Review and propose design change to move category D to nonD category

14.Review DADS machine limitation to run all type product category.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Industrial Engineer with a strong track record in standards maintenance layout design productivity improvement and metric maintenance preferably in a highvolume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. Indepth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement techniques is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI (or similar)
