Job Description
o Ensure the availability of the documents during Internal Audit.
o Raise/Close NCs (EMS/OSHAS/SA/IMS)
o Approval for EMS & OHSAS check lists in project.
o Maintained EMS & OHSAS records.

Responsible for records in all EMS & OHSAS.

Follow instruction of the head of the safety committee
Train the employees in safety practice
Maintain Safe and Environmental Friendly atmosphere
Attend safety committee meeting.
Participate in mock drill

Controlling the permit to work system (PTW)
Carryout regular and random inspection on the site and record results
Displaying of relevant signs of safety precautions at site.
Identify the potential Hazards area.
Ensure risk assessment have been carried out for each work activities.
Before using inspect all the lifting tools and tackles.
Daily inspect Cutting set with Cylinder & Electrical equipment.
Coordination of safety Meeting.
Safety Audit and Inspection.
Work Shop Inspection and implementation of types of Permit.
Management Safety Meeting.
Safety training to all the concerned safety staff and supervisors.
Isolation Lock off & Lock Out tag.
Carry out regular and random inspection on the site and record results.
Submission of the reports like Monthly weekly Environmental etc. to the clients.
Carrying out daily safety inspection to identity unsafe working conditions unsafe
practices & unsafe equipment.
Material Lifting Machine Safety.
Inspections slab Shuttering Components & scaffolds.
Barricading of slabs.
Inspection of shoring
To minimize wastage of construction material
