Administration Partner

A Supervisor managing cafeteria transport maintenance compliance and health & safety has a multifaceted role that involves operational oversight staff coordination compliance adherence and ensuring service quality. Below is a breakdown of roles and responsibilities across these areas:
1. Cafeteria Management
Ensure daily cafeteria operations run smoothly including food preparation service and cleanliness.
Monitor food quality hygiene and safety standards.
Address customer feedback or complaints regarding cafeteria services.
Manage relationships with food vendors and service providers.
Ensure timely replenishment of food supplies and consumables.
Track cafeteria expenses and control costs while maintaining quality.

2. Transport Management

Conduct regular safety drills for drivers and passengers.
Address employee complaints or feedback about transport services.
Act as a liaison between employees and transport service providers.

3. Maintenance Management
Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all equipment utilities and infrastructure.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
Manage relationships with maintenance contractors and service providers.
Ensure timely repairs and replacements for faulty equipment.
Track maintenance expenses and ensure costeffective repairs.
Maintain an inventory of essential tools spares and consumables.
Conduct routine inspections to identify wear and tear.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and operational safety norms.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for inspections.
Report noncompliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Organize staff training sessions on compliance requirements and protocols.

4. Health and Safety Management
Develop and implement health and safety policies across the facility.
Conduct safety drills including fire evacuations and emergency response.
Identify potential safety risks in cafeteria transport and maintenance operations.
Mitigate risks through preventive measures and proper training.
Record and report accidents incidents or nearmisses.
Investigate root causes and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards in all areas especially the cafeteria and transport vehicles.
Oversee pest control and waste management.

Desired Experience :

Workplace safety norms (fire safety electrical safety etc.).
Environmental laws (waste disposal water usage etc.).

Education :

A general bachelors degree in any discipline may also suffice if backed by relevant experience.
