Job Title: Brand & Marketing Manager

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Head
Job Summary:
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to
strengthen the market position and reputation of a chain of dermatology and cosmetology
clinics. The role involves overseeing all marketing activities both digital and offline ensuring
cohesive brand messaging driving patient engagement and supporting clinic growth through
creative and datadriven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Management:
Develop manage and refine the brand identity and positioning of the clinics.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and patient experience across all channels
(digital print inclinic).
Lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and reputation through creative
campaigns storytelling and thought leadership.
2. Marketing Campaign Development:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital print social
media and other platforms.
Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging promotional
materials advertisements and digital content.
Manage seasonal and servicespecific promotions in collaboration with the sales
team.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Oversee digital marketing strategies including website management SEO/SEM
WhatsApp campaigns and social media marketing.
Manage social media presence ensuring engaging content and timely responses
to customer inquiries.
Track and analyze online performance metrics optimizing strategies to drive
patient acquisition and brand engagement.
4. Patient Engagement & Experience:
Implement strategies to enhance patient loyalty satisfaction and retention.
Develop personalized communication and engagement plans for patients such
as newsletters blogs and targeted offers.
Oversee patient feedback collection and online reviews ensuring a positive
brand image and making improvements where necessary.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends patient
preferences and competitive activities.
Analyze data to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
6. Event Management & Partnerships:
Organize and manage brandrelated events webinars workshops and
partnerships with influencers media or industry professionals.
Identify sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to increase brand visibility.
Represent the clinics at relevant industry conferences and events to strengthen
the brands presence.
7. Content Strategy:
Develop a content calendar in line with marketing goals and business objectives.
Oversee the creation of blogs videos patient success stories and other
educational and promotional materials.
Collaborate with medical experts to ensure accuracy and credibility in content.
8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
Manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective use of resources for
campaigns and brand initiatives.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including campaign
performance brand awareness and patient acquisition costs.
Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve business goals.
9. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with clinic operations sales and clinical teams to align marketing
efforts with operational goals and patient care standards.
Provide leadership and support to the marketing team including any graphic
designers content creators or external agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (Masters
preferred).
5 years of experience in brand management and marketing preferably in the
healthcare or cosmetology sector.
Proven success in managing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding patient engagement and customer experience
strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
