Job Description
Job Title: Executive Government Affairs
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with completion and submission of label registration applications across to meet the registration timeline.
- Track the status of label submissions approvals and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and optimize the label artwork approval tool to ensure proper archiving of all label versions and maintain traceability.
- Collaborate with the design marketing teams to ensure labels align with branding and legal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of label registration supporting documents.
- Maintain thorough records of all approved labels changes and related documents.
- Manage and oversee the entire label approval process.
- Maintain label registration tracker and dashboard.
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Advanced MS Excel Word & Power point.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of beer industry regulations and label approval process.
