Job Description
Preparation of Preventive maintenance Schedule and implementation.
2) Responsible for qualification of equipments (DQ IQ OQ AND PQ) & validation for equipments and instruments.
3) Preparation & updating of Standard Operating Procedure for maintenance Department.
4) Responsible for Smooth working of all utility equipments/ Machineries.
5) Procurement for equipments spare parts / maintenance consumables & maintain records.
6) Responsible for change control and deviation.
7) Responsible for HVAC system and to maintain all related documents.
8) Maintain daily logbook and history card of all equipment.
9) Breakdown Analysis of plant machineries.
10) Reporting to senior as per any abnormality of plant.
11) Allocation works and Shift work management.
