Profile:
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science information systems business administration or a related field.
Experience
- Candidates must have proven experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role within business intelligence data management or analytics preferably in a global organisation.
- Track record of driving business growth and performance improvements through datadriven decisionmaking and strategic insights.
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and regions.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and optimising business intelligence strategies data governance frameworks and data management processes.
- Experience in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and trends in business intelligence data analytics and data management.
Key responsibilities related to Global Business Intelligence and Data Manager is diverse and encompasses various tasks and responsibilities aimed at delivering successful projects that meet stakeholders requirements and expectations.
- Business Intelligence Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality consistency and security across all business units and regions.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Lead the analysis of complex data sets to uncover actionable insights and trends that drive business performance improvements and inform strategic decisionmaking.
