Job Description
Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat
Industry: Aluminium Formwork Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Production Planning and Control:
- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes.
- Coordinate with PPC and other departments for smooth workflow.

Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced costs.
- Identify and implement automation or technological upgrades to enhance productivity.

Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of operators and junior engineers.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Quality Assurance:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.

Machine and Tool Management:
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of machines and tools.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Inventory and Resource Management:
- Monitor and manage raw material and inventory levels to prevent production downtime.
- Work with procurement teams for timely material availability.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance challenges and improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes changes and output metrics.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in using CAD/CAM software for productionrelated design and analysis.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certification in Production Management or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Experience in handling largescale production units with advanced automation.
