Responsibilities
As a Corporate Relations Reporting Specialist you will:
- Ensure timely and accurate departmental reporting.
- Analyze trends and communicate insights to team leaders and management.
- Monitor and report on retention statistics identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance on departmental service reports.
- Manage and oversee departmental surveys.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (symbol E or higher) or Maths Literacy (symbol C or higher).
- Diploma/Degree in Sales Marketing or Business.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales Marketing Business Development and/or Relationship Management.
- 23 years experience in data analysis and report preparation.

- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Systematic and organized approach.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
Compensation
Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience level.
