About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Account Manager with call center experience to join our team in Bucharest. The ideal candidate will handle client accounts deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture assigned client accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for Croatianspeaking clients.
- Provide highquality support and address client inquiries via phone email or chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of account performance and client interactions.
- Deliver on account growth and retention goals.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or C2level Croatian with fluent English.
- Experience: 12 years in a call center account management or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus.
- Problemsolving attitude with attention to detail.
