Business Support Assistant

Location: Ikeja Lagos

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Business Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience working in a recruiting or staffing organization and will be responsible for providing administrative support while ensuring smooth daytoday operations.

As a Business Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in maintaining records handling office tasks and assisting in recruitmentrelated administrative duties. Your attention to detail organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and senior management.
  • Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews meetings and candidate screenings.
  • Handle office documentation filing and ensuring proper recordkeeping.
  • Prepare and manage reports ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of recruitment processes including advertising job openings and handling candidate queries.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate officerelated logistics.
  • Ensure efficient communication between internal teams and candidates.
  • Support business operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 34 years of experience working in a recruiting or staffing organization.
  • Proven experience in handling administrative duties and maintaining records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive solutionoriented mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A smart professional demeanor.
