They are now seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join their team in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Key Account Manager you will manage and grow relationships with key clients. This role focuses on driving client success retention and account growth through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor helping clients achieve their business goals while contributing to our clients growth in the region.

OBJECTIVES
Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts driving upselling and crossselling efforts.
Deliver insights and solutions that optimize clients ecommerce and logistics operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts addressing their needs and fostering strong relationships.
Understand clients business challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and innovative solutions.
Conduct regular account reviews to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Represent the company at industry events to promote the brand and develop new leads.
Provide training and guidance to clients to maximize the value of solutions offered.
REQUIREMENTS
MustHave:
Philippine Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years in account management preferably within ecommerce or SaaS.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
NicetoHave:
Proven success in managing and growing key accounts.
Experience leveraging data analytics to provide business insights.
Behavioral Competencies:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong customerfocused problemsolving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
