Job Description
About the Role:
As the Manufacturing & Sales Supervisor you oversee the sales efforts and production processes for our sign manufacturing operations. This handson leadership position involves managing teams building strong client relationships and implementing strategies that drive both revenue and production success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with highway construction companies municipalities state agencies and walkin customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Production Management:
- Supervise the sign production process ensuring efficiency quality and timely delivery.
- Lead and support the production team to optimize workflows and achieve project goals.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Customer Focus:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Strategic & Financial Oversight:
- Track sales performance and provide detailed reporting on metrics and forecasts.
- Manage budgets and production costs to maximize profitability.

MustHaves:
- Proven experience in sales and production management preferably in manufacturing construction or the sign industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree in business management or a related field is preferred) is required.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with traffic control striping or sign manufacturing processes is a plus.
