Job Description
We are hiring a Property Executive to assist with the management and leasing of a coliving property in Johor Bahru near the checkpoint. The role involves supporting tenants ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high occupancy rates in collaboration with the Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise and show available rooms prepare lease agreements and handle tenant inquiries and renewals.
- Address tenant concerns conduct property checks and organize community activities.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and cleaning ensuring property compliance with regulations.
- Develop strategies to attract tenants manage online listings and create promotional materials.
- Maintain lease records assist in property performance reports and monitor rent payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management Real Estate Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 12 years of experience in property management leasing or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Johor Bahru real estate market and coliving industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with property management software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required. Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
