Job Description
- Define and document business needs: Understand and gather detailed information from stakeholders to clearly define and document the Hospitality business requirements and goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications: Convert the documented business needs into technical specifications that the development team can use to develop solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams: Work closely with development team to design and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting: Test the implemented solutions with QA team to ensure they meet the requirements and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the testing phase.
- Create and maintain reports: Generate detailed reports on the performance of current systems and strategies to monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead project management activities: Involve in project planning budgeting scheduling and risk management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Train users and stakeholders: Provide training to users and stakeholders on new systems or software solutions to ensure effective usage.
- Keep uptodate with the latest technologies: Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improving business processes and system workflows.
- Competencies:
1. Must have Good Business domain knowledge API exposure
2. Good to have Hospitality domain knowledge and experience working with larger team
