Are you a payroll pro looking for your next challenge Were on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic multicultural team. In this role youll be the goto expert for payroll processes ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and their employees.

Serve as the payroll expert and contribute to payroll processing for Latvia.
Manage the payroll process in the back end and with inputs for our Clients.
Preparation and submission of payrollrelated tax returns to VMI Sodra;
Authorization of monthend payroll closing.
Monthly reconciling of payroll accounts.
Ensure effective control points and quality checks are carried out against defined payroll
processes.
Lead the development of payroll processes in the system.
Ensure compliance between Clients needs and local regulations hereunder local legislation
are meet
Being the first point of contact for all payroll queries and assist employees in resolving
issues either by proactively researching or liaising with thirdparty providers.
Education knowledge and experience which will be needed to perform in this role:
Minimum 5 years experience with Payroll/Accounting.
Extensive experience in the endtoend payroll running process for .
Minimum a Bachelors degree in Business administration (BBA) or related area.
Be responsible diligent and able to work both independently and in a team
Excellent skills in MS Office especially Excel
Fluency in English written and verbal.
Enjoy and know how to work and communicate in multicultural work environment.
Easily navigate competing and rapidly changing priorities.
