Known for awardwinning art and pop culture magazine boredpanda.com and TOP DIY channel Crafty Panda we fight the worlds boredom at an unprecedented speed: 160 million site views per month and 62 billion video views per year. Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius Lithuania.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO Outreach Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth of Boredpanda.com.The primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective outreach strategies aimed at building highquality backlinks enhancing our websites authority and driving organic traffic. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognized platform and make a meaningful impact on its SEO success.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to acquire highquality backlinks from authoritative websites and relevant partners;
- Conduct research to identify potential outreach targets including blogs influencers and niche websites;
- Build and maintain relationships with webmasters bloggers and content creators for guest posts link exchanges and other collaboration opportunities;
- Pitch personalized and compelling outreach emails tailored to the target audience;
- Monitor outreach campaigns track results and optimize strategies for better performance;
- Ensure all backlinks align with Googles guidelines and contribute positively to the websites SEO;
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and adapt content that supports outreach efforts;
- Analyze competitors backlink profiles and leverage insights to refine outreach tactics.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in SEO outreach or digital marketing preferably with hightraffic websites;
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs Snov Hunter BuzzStream or similar for backlink analysis and campaign tracking;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for building relationships and securing collaborations;
- Knowledge of SEO best practices Googles guidelines and linkbuilding strategies;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;
- Ability to write persuasive and tailored outreach emails;
- A resultsdriven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Experience working in niches such as entertainment lifestyle or viral content is a plus.
