Job Description
Axpos Digital Pods are leading the digital transformation to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market. As an Enterprise Agile Coach youll champion agile practices foster collaboration and drive innovation playing a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and customer experiences.
What you will do:
- Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Digital Pods fostering a collaborative and adaptive culture.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams Product Owners and organizational leaders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies problemsolving sessions and conflict resolution processes.
- Design and deliver training workshops conducting gap analyses to prioritize development needs.
- Support scaling Agile practices across teams and departments documenting best practices and tailoring frameworks.
- Define and track KPIs to align Agile practices with Axpos digital strategy.
- Promote continuous learning and participate in Communities of Practice to enhance collaboration.
What you bring & who you are:
- Proven experience in roles such as Agile Coach Release Train Engineer or Chief Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of organizational agility and frameworks like Scrum Kanban SAFe or unFIX.
- Expertise in DevOps practices and tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver Agile training programs with a trainer license (e.g. SPC PST) preferred.
- Exceptional coaching facilitation and interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Fluent in English and German with Spanish as a plus.
