Job Description
How does your working day look like...
At the reception youll make sure that guests arent just contented but enthusiastic
Youll always keep your cool even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
Youll make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception
Youll get everything ready for the shift and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV...
Youve completed hospitality training gained some professional experience at the front office and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are advantageous.
You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
