Job Mission

About the Role:

As Installation Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at Tibber you ensure our customers have the best possible experience with installation of the products they purchase from our store. You support the Installations Team with a variety of tasks including: training installers coordinating orders & deliveries interfacing with Customer Support to assist customers and evaluating the performance of our Installer Partners to ensure we offer our customers the best quality installation experience.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee the installation journey from delivery to commissioning
• Attend weekly meetings with our installation partners to evaluate KPIs align plans problem solve challenging installs and identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with customer support on installation queries & tickets to ensure our customers are wellinformed and assisted with their questions as soon as possible
• Identify areas for improvement in the installation journey commissioning processes or product design
• Assist the finance team to process invoices and disputes efficiently
• Ensure our installations are of the highest quality and in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations with support from our market experts
• Coordinate with our supply chain team as necessary to evaluate stock levels delivery times and address logistics problems

Ideal Profile

• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment preferably with a technical focus within the energy or installations field
• Technical Aptitude: Youre comfortable discussing electrical components enjoy diving into technical details and are always eager to learn and adapt
• Organized and DetailOriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan organize and meet deadlines with precision
• Proactive and Flexible: A selfstarter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You can work independently seamlessly switch between tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
• Analytical Mindset: You have a knack for handling data enjoy analyzing trends and take pride in delivering insightful reports
