They are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll to join their dynamic team in either Bern or Zurich. Tasks
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll solutions for clients.
- Analyze and develop efficient HR processes ensuring seamless technical implementation.
- Apply your expertise in SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting alongside your SuccessFactors knowledge.
- Take ownership of projects and applications leveraging your skills in leadership and collaboration.
- Deliver compelling training sessions to clients and interested parties empowering them to achieve excellence.
- Build and nurture longterm client relationships while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with certification in SF Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM personnel administration and Swiss payroll accounting processes.
- Proven ability to manage and organize (sub)projects.
- Exceptional communication skills in German paired with high social competence.
- A businessoriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
