Tasks

As a Service Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of innovative solutions to customers. Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll ensure projects are executed to the highest standards while fostering strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the endtoend delivery of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
  • Leading project teams assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and delivery processes.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with budgets timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven experience in service delivery or project management roles preferably within the software or IT consulting industry.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Problemsolving mindset and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Fluency in German & English.
  • Willingness to work 80% remotely and attend onsite in Switzerland once a week.
