About Mimo Hospitality
About ALBA Sourdough Pizza ALBA Sourdough Pizza is the first concept of MimoHospitality. Alba means sunrise in Italian we aim to shed a new light on the outdated notion of pizzacraftmanship. We embrace Italian craftsmanship and have Italian and Neapolitan blood running through our veins but dont feel the need to conform to anyones rules to be considered authentic. Authenticity is subjective.
Tasks
Your mission
- Be the face of ALBA: Represent our values with a warm smiling and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Reliable Deliveries: Ensure prompt accurate and professional delivery of orders to our customers.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with customers during deliveries.
- Team Support: Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries including basic prep work packaging or supporting colleagues during service.
- Problem Solver: Display a proactive mindset and resolve challenges efficiently to maintain a seamless service experience.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure orders are accurate wellpresented and delivered on time maintaining ALBAs high standards of quality.
Requirements
What we are looking for (we hire on attitude first)
- Positive Energy: A radiant smile enthusiasm and a cando attitude.
- Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively and step in where needed.
- Love for Pizza: Passion for hospitality pizza and Italianinspired cuisine.
- Driving Experience: Valid drivers license and familiarity with local roads.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency is required; German is a must.
- Reliability: Punctuality and attention to detail are crucial.
- Willingness to Grow: An eagerness to learn take on responsibilities and grow within the team.
