Working with us
We are looking for a highly organised detailoriented Content Creator/Social Media Manager to craft engaging content and manage our social media presence. This role will combine creativity with content planning making it perfect for someone who excels at content ideation writing editing and social media management.
Content Ideation & Creation
- Develop unique onbrand content ideas for various platforms. Produce highquality written visual and multimedia content (e.g.social media posts reels short videos UGC newsletters in both DE & EN) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Capture content in our studios by working behind the camera/phone and collaborating with external creators for photo and video shoots.
- Define and own content creation processes covering creative briefs approval process campaign/content calendars reporting etc.
- Write and edit content with attention to detail ensuring accuracy grammar style and tone consistency. Adapt content based on platform and audience to maximise engagement.
Social Media Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
- Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics social media insights) and provide regular updates. Use insights to refine and optimise content strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and emerging social media features. Incorporate insights and trends into content strategy to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Qualifications
- Nativelevel proficiency in German and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational and timemanagement abilities to effectively handle multiple projects deadlines and reporting tasks.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency in tone and style.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive strategy and report on social media performance.
- Adapt to changing trends and audience interests with creative onbrand content ideas.
- Experience with video editing tools and producing shortform video content.
- At least 2 years experience working as a SoMe manager
