Line Cooks Expectations:
1year experience in the industry as a line cook preferred.
Must be able to multitask well and have independent thinking skills.
Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly professionally and with care promptly.
Adjusts to highvolume situations and is open to change.
Assumes responsibility for all kitchen duties Must be able to work independently and as a team.
Must abide by all Food Safety & Sanitation Regulations.
Must be able to do food prep and have a working knowledge of a grill flat top saute and fryer.
