Job Description
Name of Position : Service engineer
Qualification: Diploma or Btech in Mechanical
Required Skill Set : Good Proficiency in MS office package (Specifically Excel)
Relevant Industry : Pump experience preferred
Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Customer service support & attending complaint calls
- Carry out supervision of erection & commissioning of pumps
- Carry out servicing of pumps at site for warranty/paid jobs
- Troubleshooting root cause analysis & taking corrective actions
- Prompt respond to client in resolving the issues
- Preparing detailed service analysis report for customer submission
- Maintain the history of customer service support calls delivered
- Contribution and taking effective measures in reducing the customer complaints and warranty jobs
- Following & maintaining service documents as per ISO procedures
Exp. Required in Years : 3 to 6 Years
