1. JOB PURPOSE
Accountable for Logistics shipping of the Products & Services delivered from supplier to specified locations and plants.

Operational reporting to Projects / SCM Manager and Administrative reporting to Functional Manager

3. ABOUT ROLE:
Coordinate and analyse the logistical function / supply chain.
Coordinate delivery schedules
Quotation of shipments with the freight forwarders for the consignment to be sent and received.
Verification of shipping documents from supplier clients or Intercompany (CIPL AWB BL etc)
Follow up of the shipments and updating the ETA in the system or tracker. Updation of expediting notes in SAP for the logistics scope.
Arranging shipment for pick up by analysing the customs & taxation involved for import & export shipments.
4. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:
Analytic problem solving and quantitative skills
Familiar with logistics and production planning concepts
Knowledge of databases statistics applications INCOTERMS and logistics process
Experienced with MS Office including Word Excel SAP (Inventory module) and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Highly organised on SAP inbox MS outlook and Logistics requests
Experience working with international shipments (preferred)

Educational Qualifications
Minimum Graduate degree
Preferably Engineering graduate
