Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure proper stock management.
Monitor stock levels and execute timely reordering of raw materials and finished goods to prevent
shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and ensure stock integrity.
2. Order Fulfilment
Supervise the accurate and timely packing labelling and shipping of customer orders.
Collaborate with warehouse staff or thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers to streamline order
dispatch processes.
Monitor order tracking systems and promptly address any delays or discrepancies to ensure
customer satisfaction.
3. Vendor & 3PL Coordination
Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping and courier partners to ensure cost
effective and reliable deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers of raw materials and packaging to ensure timely procurement.
Negotiate shipping rates and terms to minimize costs while maintaining quality service.
4. Shipment Tracking & Reporting
Track all incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
Provide timely and accurate status updates to management regarding shipment progress and
potential issues.
Generate detailed reports on logistics efficiency including delivery times costs and performance
metrics.
5. Cost Optimization
Identify opportunities to reduce shipping warehousing and logistics costs.
Streamline logistics processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize the supply chain while maintaining
service quality.
6. Customer Service Support
Address and resolve logisticsrelated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and
timely manner.
Investigate issues such as delayed deliveries incorrect shipments or damaged goods to provide
effective solutions.
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
7. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all shipments comply with legal and regulatory requirements especially for regulated
products such as beauty or healthcare items.
Maintain accurate and organized records of shipping invoices delivery notes and inventory data.
Oversee the preparation and submission of required compliance documentation.
8. Technology Utilization
Efficiently manage and utilize technology platforms such as Amazon Zepto and other listing
management tools for inventory updates order processing and shipment tracking.
Ensure seamless integration and operation of logistics processes through these platforms to
improve accuracy and efficiency.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
OnTime Delivery Rate: Percentage of orders delivered within the promised timeframe.
Shipping Cost per Order: Average logistics cost per shipment.
Order Accuracy Rate: Percentage of orders accurately packed and shipped.
Inventory Turnover Ratio: Measure of efficiency in managing stock levels.
Customer Satisfaction Score: Feedback and ratings from customers regarding the logistics
experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Business Administration or a related
field.
Proven experience in logistics coordination supply chain or a similar role.
Proficiency in logistics and inventory management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in logistics.
Preferred:
Experience in handling logistics for FMCG or regulated products such as beauty or healthcare
items.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Familiarity with cost optimization strategies and supply chain best practices.
