Job Description
Our ideal paralegal must be able to manage court deadlines handle daytoday litigation processes from complaint filing all the way through trial.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
Written discovery.
Summarizing medical records
Construction Defect matters
Case Management Order discovery
Preparing trial document
Prepare/serve subpoenas.
Summarizing of deposition transcripts
Required
Paralegal Certificate
Salary: Compensation based upon experience ($60K $80K)
Note: Base salary is determined by number of years practicing and substantive experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
Experience: 14 years
Full Time/ hybrid schedule.
