Job Description
Job Title: UI/UX Designer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs goals and pain points.
- Create personas journey maps and usability reports to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes that illustrate user interface functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with developers product managers and other team members to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing to validate designs and gather insights.
- Iterate on designs to optimize user experience based on feedback and analytics.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while exploring creative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG ADA compliance).
- Background in visual design or graphic design.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
