Job Description
Job Title: ERP Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Implement configure and support ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (finance HR operations etc.) to understand business processes and identify areas for ERP optimization.
- Perform system upgrades patches and maintenance to ensure the ERP system runs efficiently and securely.
- Provide ongoing user support troubleshooting and resolve ERPrelated issues.
- Customize and enhance ERP modules based on business needs and feedback.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Develop and generate custom reports dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights to management.
- Assist in data migration testing and integration efforts for new ERP implementations or system changes.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of ERP documentation including user manuals and training guides.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance HR supply chain etc.) and how ERP systems can optimize these processes.
- Experience with system configuration troubleshooting and user support for ERP platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL data management and reporting tools; experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
