Job Description
• Coordinating various stages of the project to ensure timely delivery in a safe and cost effective manner.
• Conceive and prepare various phases of projects with anticipated time frames.
• Ensure safety and statutory regulations for project and related activities.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate resources at different stages of the project.
• Periodical review of the project site.
• Material estimate preparation for the project.
• Ensuring timely ordering of project resources.
• Ensuring the quality of project resources.
• Review & develop project requirements / concepts from internal customers.
• Converse and jointly develop project specifications with external service providers / vendors.
• Ensuring manpower availability and work scheduling for the project.
• Coordinating with contractors and ensuring balanced assignment of work for different projects.
• Collaborating with various other departments for project implementation activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of the components of the project.
• Communicating with production and maintenance team for resolution of project related issues.
• Preparation monitoring and course correction of project schedules as per floor Feedback
• Knowledge in the prevailing industrial safety standards and legal requirements for Project
• Skill to micro level detailing of process and understanding of kinematics of various Machinery
• Adept knowledge in floor layout drawing preparation and drafting skills using AutoCAD
AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge in estimation costing and project finance proposals will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in civil engineering shall be added advantage.
Experience Requirement
• Experience in project conception implementation & commissioning in an industrial environment.
• Experience in varied types of projects like special purpose machinery specification preparations specific projects as per the industrial floor requirements involvement in green or brown field project etc. will be an advantage.
