Job Description
- Production Management:
- Plan coordinate and oversee daily BIW welding production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower machinery and materials.
- Develop and implement production schedules to align with project timelines and delivery goals.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure zero defect output.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of welders technicians and supervisors.
- Provide training and skill development opportunities to the team.
- Foster a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to introduce automation and advanced welding technologies.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement safety best practices.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
- Monitor and manage the budget for the BIW weld production department.
