As we expand across India we are looking for passionate Territory Heads to establish and lead our sales network in their respective regions.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager you will focus on expanding Solnce Energys market presence in your assigned region. This role demands proactive sales efforts relationshipbuilding expertise and a resultsoriented approach to achieve business goals.
Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: 420000 per annum
Share Incentive: 100000
Performance Incentive: 580000
Travel Allowance: 400000
Total Annual Compensation:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
o Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Engage with potential customers delivering tailored solar solutions to meet their needs.
o Foster and maintain longterm relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Sales Execution:
o Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic plans and driving customer acquisition.
o Conduct regular followups with leads to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
4. Market Insights:
o Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and customer needs in the solar energy sector.
o Provide feedback to the management team for product and service enhancements.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the regional sales team and crossfunctional departments to ensure seamless operations.
o Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in the region.
6. Travel & Area Coverage:
o Travel within the assigned region to meet clients attend events and oversee business activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
